It doesn't pays to do good . I lived at the Black People Village at Dodson Courts for 4 years, never late paying my rent, never get a yearly shampoo for my carpet and never paid a late rent. I kept the apartment clean at all times even though everything is glued up in the house. It's a new house but it cracked up in the ceiling from windstorms and the upstairs floors squeaks and going down hill. The house have big . I left the house spotless after four years. Reynolds. Took $1300.00 of my security deposit for spots in the carpet, after 4:years, claimed stove was damaged. The stove was overheating from the day I moved in. They made no attempt to change it. I was always afraid of that stove. I'm disgusted and can't believe how wicked these people are. They are nice when you are moving in but this act is dangerous and wicked. They will take all you have even when you do your best. I even moved out early. People, you will never get your security deposit back. When I see how clean and spotless I left that place. I now believe other tenants. Live out your security, you will not get it back at Black People Village.
