Excellent customer service from Preferred Security. They return phone calls and emails in good timing and complete service calls quickly and professionally. I appreciate the service they provide in keeping me and my family safe and secure in our home!

Do not use this company System constantly sends alerts at the alarm is going off when its not even set. Every time I ask them to fix it. Im told they need to call someone else and ask what things means, and never call me back. When the alarm has gone off it takes several hours for them to call. Absolutely pathetic disgusting company. Dont waste your time call a real security company cant wait to be done with them!
