Called A-1 due to my AC not cooling properly. The guy that came out checked freon in my unit and said it was fine. Basically, tried to talk me into adding an additional unit at the end of my home. Never went under the house to check duct work, never opened unit to check to see if there was physically anything wrong with unit. Told me there was nothing he could do. That I needed to add the additional unit and that it wasn't cooling right because it sits in the middle of a field with no shade. Temp outside was 87 my home was 83. 2 days later I decided to call PDQ refrigeration. He came out next day assessed unit, checked duct work, clean out unit, added additional freon that was needed for my bigger unit, and unfroze the unit. AC is now working great. So glad I decided to get a second opinion. Services: AC repair, AC maintenance

Our compressor was out yesterday, they came on time, in fact ahead of time, spent hours of hard work under the 90+ high temp, solved all the problems and when I received the bill, I couldn't believe how minimum they charged us. I really can't say anything but good of them, thank you Michael!
