        All the residents of Concord Apartments complain about the property manager Kathleen Hendricks. She yelled at me today when I went to her office to talk about the mice infestation that we are facing. I sent e-mail, called, left voicemail messages to this establishment to complain about the management of my building and I was not answered. To make things worse, they are censoring the bad comments.
