Raintree Apartments

If I could, I would give zero stars for the appalling conditions and unprofessionalism encountered here. I am writing to express my deep concerns and dissatisfaction with the living conditions at Raintree Apartments, as well as the false advertisement on your website. The discrepancy between the inviting description on your website and the reality of living in this establishment is shocking and unacceptable. Contrary to the advertised claim of being an inviting apartment community for a relaxing lifestyle, Raintree Apartments does not provide such an environment. Instead, it has become evident that this establishment is plagued by severe issues, particularly a concerning infestation of roaches. Despite minor renovations, the building's age, dating back to 1986, has left it susceptible to infestations. But, everyone knows the roach community only comes out at night, but when you turn "them" lights on they scatter. Since moving here in February to support my sister with her newborn son, we have been appalled by the unsanitary conditions. Witnessing roaches crawling in areas where my nephew must lie is distressing and entirely unacceptable. We have brought this urgent matter to the attention of Karen, the leasing office manager, highlighting the health hazards associated with roach infestations. As roaches can be drawn to the face of a sleeping child if the child has drying milk on their face, which increases their exposure to bacterial illness and even disease. However, the lack of effective action taken to address this issue is deeply concerning. Roach infestations not only pose health risks but also exacerbate allergies and asthma, particularly in infants. It is distressing to witness such negligent standards of living being allowed to persist, especially in a community like Baytown. Furthermore, the unprofessional conduct of Karen, who reportedly communicates with black tenants in a condescending manner, is entirely unacceptable. Discriminatory behavior has no place in any professional setting and must be addressed immediately. In light of these grave concerns, I urge the City of Baytown to take immediate action to address the unacceptable living conditions at Raintree Apartments. No individual, regardless of their financial status, should be subjected to such hazardous living conditions. I implore you to take swift and decisive action to rectify these issues and ensure the safety and well-being of all residents at Raintree Apartments. The office staff has no understanding for people during these hard times with the economy As someone who has been living with ROACHES in their house since July, the least they can do is assist with a one time late fee waiver. The neighbors are loud and fight all night long. We pay for valet trash and they dont pick it up because neighbors will use our trash can unwelcome. The fill the can up with all kinds of nasty stuff. Theres never any parking because unused cars are filling the spaces. I cant wait for my lease to be up!

I recently just moved in. The staff has gone above and beyond to fix problems that has occured. Everyone that I have met be in person or over the phone are so nice keep up the good work

I had to move to Houston-area for a 3 month internship. Raintree had comparably the best prices in the area with a fantastic location for my needs. They were of immense help throughout the moving process, being very responsive to all my last minute questions. Really did not have any living issues at Raintree. Ive just finished moving out and it was equally as seamless. If anyone wants apartment housing in Baytown area, Raintree is a great pick
