        front desk staff at check-in wanted to be some were else showed no emotion. other person with me said same thing no customer service skills. Rooms: need some updates but clean. Casino is extremely smokey and needs a better filtering system. limited popular slot machines. food buffet was good!!

        One golfsheet for the Masters. They actually told me there were no pencils. Confusing kiosk. The voucher that came out of the kiosk would not go back into it. Had to go to Players desk because the sports book person disappeared. I would give you a minus 1 if I could. Worst I have ever seen. John Ler
