They work with you as long as you communicate with them ahead of time. New management so maintenance issues going to take a little minute to fix
Update: so far they only find temporary fixes to plumbing and repairs. My toilet was clogged and the fixed it, just for it to break again. We're not putting wipes or anything in there so im not understanding why it keeps clogging

WARNING! WHAT I AM ABOUT TO SAY ISNT TO BASH THE COMPLEX. IT IS TO SIMPLY WARN OTHER POSSIBLE FUTURE TENANTS. IT IS A LOT BUT IT IS ALL FACTS SO I HOPE YOU TAKE THE TIME TO READ CAREFULLY. IT COULD SAVE YOU WASTED MONEY. I ALSO HAVE PROOF OF EVERYTHING SINCE DAY 1 OF MOVING IN INCASE THINGS GO FURTHER. First and foremost Ive lived at the complex for nearly 3 years. I have not liked not one day of living here. Rule #1, please dont make the mistake I made. PLEASE! NEVER sign a lease before doing a walk through in the apartment that you want. Thats what they did to me and that s how I got finessed into moving in. At that time I was told they were only doing virtual touring. Everything that looks good online could look nothing like what you expect in real life. I was desperate to move out of my moms house so I went with the first thing available to me. I regret that and wish I took more time looking for my first apartment. A couple of days before moving in I wanted to walk around the complex to see how at least the outside looks. So one morning I drove there and ran into the office manager at the time. I told her why I was there. I applied for a 1 br. She only walked me around the 2+br area for the simple fact thats the part of the apartments that look the most pleasing. AT THAT TIME I had no clue it wasnt the 1 br area so im excited and liking what Im seeing. Whole time my actual apartment area was towards the middle of the complex.(which isnt the best looking I discovered that once I got my key and FINALLY was able to walk inside my unit. I was confused as to why did she only show me the front of the complex and not the ENTIRE complex but now I know why. She wanted to hide the not so pretty part of the complex from me that way I wouldnt want to change my mind about moving in. So now lets get into listing every issue within my unit. I would love to go into detail step by step but this message is long enough so I will just list them.1. Infested with ROACHES! Small roaches, big roaches, lizards, spiders, even had a small frog appear in my unit. Im a clean person. I even bombed the unit and nothing fixed this. No matter how clean you try to keep it, the bugs/little creatures are going nowhere
2. Pest control is hardly ever seen. Out of the 3 years of living there, ive only seen pest control TWICE! Horrible.
3. Mail boxes have been broken for over 2 years and they dont even care to get them fixed. Peoples mail and PACKAGES have been taken numerous times.
4. Bad un behaved children. At a point in time tons of kids would go around kicking on tenants doors(including myself more than once) and running.
5. Maintenance men. I cant tell you how many crew men have come and go. Ive had a bad experience where one young guy entered my unit while I was asleep and NAKED in bed. Did not knock or anything. VERY UNSAFE for a woman. And the workers that they would hire were horrible at doing their jobs. Nothing gets fixed. Literally. You wait forever for ONE thing on your request to even get looked at. Ive had to go without an AC for a time period and even went without HEAT for over a year.POOL. Before I moved in I was told the pool would open shortly. For the entire time living there the pool has only been open ONCE for about TWO days. I hadnt gotten the chance to even swim. I moved there in 2020The walls are paper thin. Literally would hear my neighbors getting busy and argue. Could hear their music and tvs. Trash be EVERYWHERE. From the time you entire to waaayy in the back if the complex there is trash. There was a time when they didnt pay the trash men and the dumpers were PILED WITH TRASH. Like STACKED UP. Its embarrassing to company over because who wants to see that. Ew
They have no sympathy for anything you have going on. If you lose your job and is having a hard time they DO NOT CARE. All they want is the money. If you dont have it within the 5 days, expect a note on your door about eviction.Flooding. Omg flooding is so easy here. Just a couple minutes of rain and water is ankle high. Disgusting

This is a terrible place to live. They do not care about their residents. I am currently living with no hot water in my apartment and nobodys answering the phones. Ive had so many issues living here and nobody has cared. The office never answers the phone, and when they do they are not able to help. Maintenance requests are hardly ever filled and this is a terrible place to live and it is run by a horrible company that doesnt care about their residence either.

At first it was a nice place to live but now nothing never gets done maintenance never fullfil your request the office hardly ever answer the phone my ceiling has been leaking water for months from the attic bc of the rigged up AC unit & that barely works too I've been putting in numerous requests no one has yet to answer nobody cares but they want there Money for rent ppl in the office is very unprofessional I've even threatened to call the news not one person has got back with me THEY DO NOT CARE

They cant keep a manager. They rotate managers every 3-6 months. Communication is horrible. The office barely picks up the phone and when they do, they rush you off like our concerns doesnt matter. The new managers coming in doesnt know anything about the leasing information and discounts given. They need to do better. They also would turn the water off to the property claiming work is being done and no work trucks around indicating that repairs are being made to the water. Call the head office in Alabama, everything you say falls on death ears. If I break the lease than they want to put that on my credit report but yet they cant hold the end of their bargain up. Not to mention, they started charging us for water. So were paying for something we dont have.
