        This branch of AAA is horrible, untrustworthy & crooks!! Their auto insurance is overpriced - $900 a month! They increased our car insurance monthly premium 3 times!!! We canceled our policy after they took an unauthorized amount from our bank account & 3 months later we are still waiting our refund check.... they keep giving us the run around, it's a SHAME!

        Never showed up. Sat for two hours; called them back they didnt even have anyone coming and no record of ever dispatching someone. 40 year member here. Im going to find a different service provider.

        My husband and I arrived on Saturday at 9am to get an international drivers permits for an upcoming trip. The employee working that day was standing outside waiting for the agent with the key to show up. We waited for over 40 minutes in the parking lot. I was going to leave a 1 star review at that point BUT once inside, Sherita, made an unpleasant situation pleasant. She was personable, friendly, and professional. Thank you Sherita.
