City Gear

Very disappointed, I normally order online from City Gear without any problems but this time wasn't one of those times. Order a new era bulls snap back hat, they didn't remove the theft tag plus the hat was smashed down because they didn't put it in a box like most companies do when you order ball caps. When you pay for something you expect to get it in good condition. Like I said very disappointed!

When I walked into the store I was greeted.As I started to shop I was asked did I need any help even though the store had lots of people once I made my selection it was in and out in no time. I just l love the fast friendly service.

Extremely disappointed! Came into the store looking for my son a shoe. Our sales person was Mykel. My son gave her a yellow new balance and asked for a size 10. She took almost 10 minutes to come back to tell us they only had a size 10 1/2. I told her we would take the 10 1/2. After waiting 15 minutes, she comes back to tell us they dont have the 10 1/2. Ohkay! We then asked her for the 10 1/2 in the blue NB 550 (which she said she had). She cones back another 15 minutes and Hans is the wrong shoe. We told her it was the wrong shoe and she went back only to tell us they dont have the size. I wasted 45 minutes in that store based on poor customer service. I told a guy what happened (who I assumed was a shift leader of some sort), he basically dismissed me by saying she didnt know the sizes werent back there, she was going off in a hunch. Thats crazy! Please spend your money somewhere else! The shopping experience is horrible.
