They had about 5q of their printers in stock. I'd assume just rather order of Amazon.

I used Office Depot shipping center to mail a package. The website says that the latest pick up time for FedEx is 5pm. I arrived at 4:15 and was told that FedEx had been picked up for the day. They suggested usps priority express which would arrive within 2 days. They gave me a receipt that showed delivery as being in 4 days. When I questioned them I was assured it would be delivered within 2 days and that is what was shown on the package. 24 hours after drop off the package had not been picked up from the store. When calling and talking to the store manager they have no idea why it wasn't picked up and said that they are just a drop off point. When you sell a service it is your responsibility to follow through.

Never again will I buy anything from this store. On Sunday, my husband and I came to the millerville store to buy me a laptop. Before we made the purchase we inquired with a worker who turned out to be the manager, more than likely the store manager. I specifically asked her if the laptop had a disc drive and she said yes and she took it up front for whenever we checked out. I also got a laptop case for it. When we checked out the cashier said both the laptop and the case had free protection (I knew that wasn't true because no protection is free) and this is after the transaction was done so the manager had to intervene. Instead of returning the items so I could buy them back with the protection she did an exchange of the laptop only with the protection on a different receipt. Me as a customer was thinking okay, she squared everything away. When I get home to actually look at the laptop box, it says no disc drive. I didn't even open the box. I also looked the model up online and lo and behold same information so how about when I go to return the laptop today the people there tell me there's nothing they can do about returning my money, that I have to wait until tomorrow when the manager is here so she can figure out what she did. They didn't bother to call anyone let alone the manager who created this whole mess and I'm supposed to rearrange my schedule for tomorrow because no one here does not know what they are doing? I mean they didn't try to help.
