image I purchased some tires that were delivered on a friday. I went up there, got the tires put on, and went on my way. After arriving to the house (one mile from the business) i looked at my new tires and notice a scratch on the rim. I proceeded to check all of them and sure enough each one was scratched. I drive back up there and talk to a salesman and a tire tech who both tell me that they were already on the rims. I proceeded to tell them i purchased this truck a week ago and there was only damage to one rim which i pointed out to them. They proceed to tell me "those are old marks and our machine did not do that" and "sounds like youre just trying to get new rims". I finally speak to the manager and he tells me basically the same thing. He took 400 off my bill but that isnt going to replace or fix one rim much less four. Very unhappy with how i was spoken to about damage that wasnt there when i came in.
Edit i was not shown the machine nor did i step foot in the garage as their reply suggest.

Ryan Karsten thank you for taking the time to post a review. We are very sorry to see that you were not happy with the service you received. I can assure you that we used a black plastic mounting head on all tire machines that service all vehicles. The only way we could have damaged your wheel would be if we used a steel mounting head and the mark would have been a single circular mark not any up and down marks. It is very clear in your pictures that all are curb/road scratches. The Store Manger made several attempts to resolve the issue and even showed you the machine. We did offer you a few options to resolve your complaint and your choice was to take the $400.00 off your bill. We apologize for assuming you knew about all the scratches and that is why we offered some compensation. If you would like to discuss further, please reach out to Keith Patton at 662-563-1143. image I've got 5 cars that I always take here to get tires, recently I took my wifes car and when she went to pick it up they said it had one of 4 lugnut studs already broke and they broke another. Said they would fix it but would take 3 days. Wouldn't let us get car because it was unsafe, Wouldn't let us fix it on thier lot. Basically held our car for 2 days and then finally fixed it, charged us for the parts but no labor. Am I happy? Not at all,they use impacts on the lugnuts and break em and I have to pay for that and do without a car for 2 days, only reason I didn't do one star is they have never done this before. But I will say they will always take a whole day to put on tires. Or with me it's always a whole day. Gateway In clarksdale from now on, they care about you and your car, very disappointed in batesville gateway.

Randy Dykes thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review and rating. Your comments are of great concern to us and we would like to address any issues. We try very hard to be transparent about all to our customers. Upon inspection of vehicle before any work was done the Service Representative informed your wife that the vehicle was missing one stud and if we moved forward with the service and another stud broke the vehicle could not be driven until new studs and lug nuts were installed. We were given the ok to proceed with the service. The parts that were needed for the repair had to be ordered from an outside supplier and the delivery time we were told was relayed on to you. Unfortunately, the delivery time was longer than we were told. Due to this we tried to provide some type of compensation for your inconvenience. We did a no charge on labor for the installation of all 4 studs a lug nuts. We are sorry that we could not allow you to work on your vehicle in our lot but that is a company policy which we no choice but to follow.
