If I could leave 0 stars I would. The staff was rude and unprofessional, our toilet and phone didn't work properly, and the hotel refused to refund my trip regardless of such a terrible experience. Trust me, stay elsewhere like the Holiday Inn in Greensburg, IN. They at least would be worth the extra travel. So disappointing...

Everything was great for my stay, except the back/side door key code to get in the building was broken. You could go out the door, but couldn't get back in. The back/side door, being closest to my room, made it to where I would have to go halfway around the building to get back to my room. My husband was with me, so I just had him keep the door open for me or vice versa.
The room was nice enough for a short stay. All the normal amenities, probably even better for the price range.
Breakfast is the best. Guest services was 2nd best aspect.
An issue one might have is the strong chlorine smell from the pool. It also had a strong high humidity feel to it as you got closer to the pool. The smell doesn't bother me, but the humidity would have bothered me if my room was closer to the pool.
Other than that, we had a great stay.
