Band aid station do not go here for anything less. They will lie to you and pull fractured families apart rather than pushing them closer together. Go there get sicker and if you are lucky you will have someone care enough to send you to yet another place. Rochester or Buffalo if you want to survive a UTI, without being diagnosed with dementia or Covid. Apparently both run rampant.

I have never had such a pleasant experience with ANY doctors or hospitals! Would give 10 stars if I could. I avoid being seen until I can't anymore, and was shaking as I walked in the door. Had I known how fantastic the emergency department staff were here I would have gone weeks ago! From the time I walked in the door until I left was no more than 30 minutes. I was treated with kindness and respect by every staff member I came into contact with from reception to discharge. They did not make me feel rushed, belittled, or uncomfortable for a second. The staff all seemed to be happy and passionate about their career, which the medical field SEVERELY lacks these days. Next time my family or I need emergency medical care I will not hesitate to go back. It's uplifting to see compassion and kindness in the medical field and people who chose it for the right reasons vs to collect a paycheck. I would like to give a sincere and heart felt thank you to the emergency department staff. Some of my faith in humanity has been restored.

First time there since it opened had to get blood work done. Place was packed about 10am I got there. Was out by 1030. Very efficient and quick with the lab draws. Will be going there for all lab draws from now on!

My girlfriend gave birth here , was overall a very good experience. Almost all the nurses were very caring and had lots of support for us. They cared for our baby beyond there responsibility. Thanks alot for making my first time experiencing this a good one. Would recommend for labor and delivery they have a great team.

Came in for an injured leg, next thing I know the doctors got his fingers up my ass.. why the 5 starts you ask, ngl I kinda liked it.
