        My wife and I went in to purchase a semi inground pool. Sales MANAGER, placed our order. We completed the transaction and went on about our day. 2 hours later, the same guy that sold us our pool, SALES MANAGER, called to say we are 14 miles outside their installation radius. WE had to find someone to install. That in itself is a nightmare. Won't recommend them. BBB complaint is next. UPDATE it was a little late in the season, but the owner of Royal Pools personally came out and installed our pool. My hat is off to him. Updating from 1 star to 5 stars.

      A quote request was submitted for a pool install but we informed you before you placed the order that your location was outside our 30 mile install radius. According to Google maps it is 50 miles down I-55 to I-269 to your address which is 2/3 further than our install travel distance. The install for the type pool on your quote was a semi-inground with a deeper end which can take several days to install. We do have to draw the travel distance line at a specific point not only because of the time the crew spends driving in the vehicles but also the further we are away from our store the more costly it can get when mechanical issues or any issue comes up, especially when hauling heavy equipment. Our 30 mile zone is listed as the limit when an installed pool is selected on our website.
