A state farm insurance holder pulled out infront of my husband causeing the reck. The other driver even has a citation for pulling out infront of him. Yet this lady behind the desk did nothing for us. All she did was spout nonsense and try to talk over me. She clearly didnt know anything about her desk job. I left in anger becaue I knew I wasnt going to get anywhere with her. She did not even attempt to help us.
