Sun Tan City

Service and the staff are great here! However, the charges from Sun Tan City are a little ridiculous especially when you’re not made aware of them. I went in on September 27th and bought a package. I only owed $25 at that time. But this month, I paid $75, which would have been fine, but when it’s an unexpected charge on my account, I kinda freaked out. I wish I would have known about the additional $20 fee on your first package and that the $25 I first paid was only for 3 days worth of tanning (which I only used 2 of). I would have waited until the first day of the month and saved my $25 that was basically wasted if I would’ve known the packages go by “calendar months” and not 30 days after your purchase, like the other tanning salons I have been to. 🙃 So just for 1 month of tanning I’ve paid $100. And this is not me complaining about the Bardstown location, they are great! Just complaining about the company really. -Kiersten Service: Tanning

I started going here months ago and I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I have went to multiple sun tan city locations in my life and this one is the cleanest, the staff will actually answer your questions without seeming aggravated or annoyed. 5 stars for sure
