Made a terrible mess of our taxes. Misreported information, neglected some, and was not concerned with being inaccurate. Committed to fixing, then didn't, then wouldn't return calls. I tried going to his office for help--it was closed tight with no info on how to reach them. Secretary said she'd send requested info but didn't. Very expensive for a lot of hassle and anxiety. I searched for some time to find a positive comment, and can say this: they were friendly and polite. Unfortunately, that doesn't come close to making up for other failings. He let fancy computer do the work, so it didn't take long to file the initial return --but the errors I found later were horrific. I usually do our taxes, but had a few head injuries interfering with my ability to think. I made the worst choice: I put my faith in this person. Don't make the same mistake!

I have been using tax services in multi states in the United States and I have never seen such a mess with my state and federal returns this year. I had to show them what mistake they where making on my state tax forms by referencing another return made with a past firm and these clowns actually filled the wrong form all together. My federal tax forms have been held back for reviews, first time in my life. I paid for auto deposit on both my state and Federal returns and both were filed incorrectly. My forms were filed back in February and I am still waiting in July for my federal return which I just found on 7/27/2021 had been slated in half because of an incorrect social security number placed on the form. I am 64 years old and never in my life have I seen such lousy and unprofessional service. I will never return..........
