        I am completely satisfied with the dental care and customer service. I’ve been a patient for about 10 years and believe that any shortcomings have been fully addressed. Dr Warshanna and the new dentist have always sufficiently explained my dental needs and seemed very professional and patient with patients and new staff . I’ve always been given a written cost estimate that is accurate ,

        If I could give less than 1 star I would. Don't trust these people. They charged me out of pocket for services that my insurance paid for and did not want to refund my money. After months of calling daily for it finally they gave me about a fourth of what I was due...Carefirst said that I was not the only person this provider did this to.
