        I am with them for over 18 months, the price never goes down, when I told them that their colleague told me at the first day that we are not like other companies, now they are telling me he is no longer working here and he tells lied to you. Second thing their customer service is Ajent is very disrespectful and very very rude even she yelled at me while speaking, why should I wait for my wife insurance ID 10 days? you guys have to be professional and respect your customers. You guys are there because of us. I am changing my insurance and will never join this company even if I have to pay double of what I am paying now, at least I will have respect.

        They have been very helpful while I've navigated through a car accident that I was not at fault for. The phone app is very easy to use and beneficial.
