This hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations! It was clean, the staff were helpful and kind, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I would definitely stay here again as it is centrally located in Baltimore!

Great location! The room was clean & spacious while the staff was great!! The pool was not as clean and small but was big enough for a few kids to splash around. Beds & pillows were a little too soft for us, but overall, it was a nice place.

I took my family for a quick stay and I wanted to be close to the aquarium and restaurants and I thought this would be a prime location. We checked in and we were given keys to our room, we go upstairs to our room and when we open our room I was not prepared. I can understand if I am given a room that has not been cleaned but I was given a room that was already occupied. The other families suitcases were open and completely exposed. If I were not an honest person I could've taken some of their items but obviously that is not what happened. I went downstairs to the desk and told them about the error. I was given a new room and I can say that I know the desk did not notify the other family someone had been in there room. trying to move passed this I took my children to the swimming pool so that they can enjoy the benefits of the hotel. The water was cloudy and the fact that the chlorine smell was so strong told me they were only trying to cover up the fact that they did not maintain the pool properly. Lastly we were rushing to check out and we left the room in a hurry. Once I got home I realized that I had left my beats headphones in the room, it was now 8pm. I called the hotel to ask if they had found them and if I could have them returned to me, and to be clear I would've paid for the shipping since I am not local. I was very quickly told that nothing had been found and if I was sure I had left them there, when I then stated that the gps tracker shows it still in the hotel that's when they decided to actually look and I was put on a hold. I completely understand that if I leave something behind then it's my fault but I also expect a professional staff to try and make attempts to turn items back over as well as clean the pool and not give me a room that is already occupied. All in all the location was good but the staff was lacking in many regards.
