        We ended up needing wireless mics for a dinner event at Woodberry Kitchen that was larger than we originally planned for. Jeff and his team helped us figure out the right solution with very little notice and set up everything for us with ease. Our event would not have been successful without their help!         Jeff and his team were great to work with. He visited the event venue about a week in advance to prepare for the livestream, and then he came back the day in advance to hook up and test the A/V equipment. He provided exceptional service in diagnosing a problem with our existing audio equipment and recommended that we use his equipment for better sound quality. Without his expertise, I know we would not have had the successful event that we did because the sound would have been a problem. His wonderful video work allowed us to livestream and record the entire event via Zoom Webinar and provided as a replay after the event had ended. I would highly recommend Media Support Services because of their professionalism and high-quality of service.
