I've had a 3 year relationship with Baltimore Precision Door for the warehouse I manage and they have delivered every single time in fixing our various needs and getting incredibly creative with solutions for time sensitive fixes. I strongly recommend this company, incredible service, the employees care, and solutions are always given!!

Eric came out and tried to tell us that we needed to buy a new door. My husband decided that we didnt need a new door and asked for repair work instead. Eric did not fix the door properly and our door broke again only this time it almost fell off the track. My husband had pointed out to Eric that the track was bent and Eric said it was ok. My husband felt that Eric was trying to up sell the job because we didnt purchase a new door as recommended. Sherman came today and put in larger roters unbent the door and lubed it and now our door is repaired as it should have been in the first place. Dont be too quick to purchase a new door!
