Party Plus Tents + Events

Great customer service! Great popcorn machines! Great staff! This is my 3rd year renting popcorn machines from Party Plus for UMGC Grad Walk. Lauri always gives spectacular customer service. Even the delivery drivers are professional. During our 3-4 day long events we have over 20,000 attendees and the popcorn machines function well. The popcorn kits they provide are fresh and buttery. Party Plus also includes cleaning and care instructions for the machines. Thanks Party Plus!

As the Sr Banquet Manager for the Hilton Inner Harbor, I've worked with Lauri for a little while. The one thing that has been great is the fact that Lauri has always come through. There have been times that everything was last minute, and her team was able to make it happen. Another reason I keep coming back is the quality of the equipment that we rent. Everything that they have looks good and is proper working condition. I would recommend Lauri and her team to everyone. No matter the size of your event. They will help make it happen.

We worked with Lauri to rent our tent to including lighting and with table linens. It was a SUPER smooth process and everything turned out perfect! We were able to make changes upuntil a week before the wedding which worked out great for us because we ended up having to add walls on last minute since the weather was predicting a lot of wind. Would definitely recommend!!

And yet again, when we needed a tent we went to Lauri at Party Plus. As in the past she was responsive, fun to work with and answered all my questions. Both the set-up and take down crews were respectful, efficient and never complained tho the set up was in a slightly awkwardly shaped location AND occurred in the pouring rain! The tent saved our family Thanksgiving as the numbers have become too large to accommodate without an extra "room". The tent with festive lighting and an easy to operate heater gave us comfortable seating for 16 more people!!! Need a tent? - contact these guys!

If you can go through another company do it. Let this be the last resort. Lori the owner is very unprofessional and doesnt know how to treat her workers. Ask any one of them, I could say so much more but Ill stop there. They will no longer be getting any of my support. Also I can tell the reviews are fake because of my own experience of them working for my events. I will no longer support & neither should you
