I worked with Susan Anthony from the Becker Technical Staffing Team on a recent opportunity with a Consulting Company within the Pharmaceutical Industry. It was by far my best experience with a recruiter since I started my job search. Susan was extremely helpful in preparing me for the interviewing process and how to set myself up for success. You can tell she really has a passion for what she does and it comes across the first minute you speak with her. I would highly recommend the Becker Team for your job search.

My experience with Becker Tech was excellent. I worked primarily with Erik. He had a great personality and really went above and beyond to make sure the job position was a good fit for my skills and personality as well as making sure he found the right candidate for his client. I would highly recommend Erik to other professionals who are looking for a smooth and positive process when seeking new job opportunities. I was impressed with his willingness to be available to me and provide immediate follow up. He returned calls and emails immediately and I am working at a company that I really like and I am thankful for his assistance in the process.

I stopped working for this agency when the Covid hit. I specifically told Renee that I didn’t want to work with Covid patients because my father had a prexisting health complications and I didn’t want to bring it back to my family. In addition, since Becker staffing was not paying hazard pay I definitely was not putting my life or the safety of my loved ones at risk. At first, she respected my wishes and sent me to a hospital in Allentown. One day she pulled me from this assignment and sent me to a facility in wyncote. When I arrived there, there was a patient with all symptoms of Covid. The facility denied he had Covid and didn’t quarantine him. A week later , I spoke to another nurse who was a regular at that facility and worked for Becker staffing who told me that patient did test positive for Covid and the facility and Becker staffing were aware of this. This nurse cancelled all shifts at the facility and demanded hazard pay. Renee then pulled me to cover this nurses shift knowing they had Covid positive patients and didn’t pay me hazard pay. She also lied to me and told me the facility was Covid free. This was the last straw for me among many other issues. They are not a good company. They are unethical, they cancel shifts last minute and refuse to pay cancellation fees, they had me driving 60 miles one way/120 miles round trip to facilities without paying me mileage . I wish I had quit way sooner than I did. Total waste of my time. They cancel a lot and often at the last minute without cancellation compensation. Renee thought she duped me but she failed to realize that nurses talk and I found out that she knowingly sent me to Covid positive facility against my wishes. She’s lucky I didn’t take further action against her agency.
