I scheduled a appointment for the first for my annual exam and at the time the appointment was made we discussed that due to me bleeding at random a pap may not be possible. When I showed up for my appointment they had me for a different day and time and then would do my appointment as an annual because I'm bleeding (like I told them it could be). Additionally they have run late every time I have had an appointment and charged the incorrect co-pay.

5 stars completely, Came in for a female issue he was able to help me quickly, and was super friendly. The lobby is very clean and nice. Great experience

Overall, a very off-putting experience. so much so, my pregnant wife was crying on the way home. First off, wait times are extensive.
Expect 2 hrs, minimum (many reviews mention this) to sign in, wait, exam, and doctor visit.
All the staff members are very cold. I won't say unfriendly or rude, just cold. Don't expect them to have any shred of personality or be welcoming in anyway. However, usually these issues arise at the top, and unfortunately, holds true. Doctor Helliwell was, according to my wife, exceptionally cold, short, and provided no extra care/information. All questions were 1 word/sentence answers. My wife did not feel confident at all in this doctor's level of care (she's a doctor herself). If the doctors hold this standard of care, their team members will be no different. My wife broke down in tears during the care ride home over the experience, which is nuts.
We switched from another doctor due to potential complicated pregnancy (miscarried before) which this doctor apparently specializes in. We don't care about that anymore.
The last bit of information worth providing is what we found when we did a simple google search of Doctor Jason Helliwell. Oh boy, you are in for a ride. Never again...
