      image Wi-fi is horrible customer service is horrible wifi is always down at night and they take their sweet time to fix it and wont bother responding to you unless its AI and theyll charge you for useless things like spectrum voice lol who uses that

      image The guys at this location are worst than the ones at the dmv, super slow, there are 8 computers in the building and only 3 people working, took me almost 2 hours just to exchange a modem.
