Pinnacle Emergency Physicians

I saw a Memorial Hospital Emergency MD in December 2023. I keep receiving text messages, from the ER doctors group, to pay my bill but they have not billed either of my private insurances! If you call the billing office, you are on hold for an hour waiting. When I finally got through, the woman said they didnt bill my insurances because they didnt know if it was a workman comp claim!! THEN CALL ME IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION!! MAIL ME A BILL, ANSWER MY PHONE CALLS, ANSWER YOUR EMAILS, BILL MY INSURANCES!! The ER and the ambulance were both paid months ago. I am so frustrated with this billing!

It would be nice to actually get a bill or know who these people are before you get sent to collections. I went to emergency at Memorial Hospital in August. I worked out a payment plan with the hospital. I have made the payments. I have two payments left but was going to make both payments Friday April 2 on payday so I could be done with it. I got an alert from Experian that a new collection account hit my credit. It's Pinnacle Emergency. Who are these guys? I wasn't even seen by a doctor there. I was seen by a Physicians Assistant. But now I'm in collections for $539 by a company I never knew existed. I guess it's a good racket. Do no work, collect from people, or wreck their credit. Thanks a lot Pinnacle.
