Don't go here if you think it'll help your mental health it'll just make it much, much worse. The staff treat everybody like they're less than them, the therapists are extremely naive and closed minded, low security, fights almost everyday, unclear communication, stock issues, etc. It was truly a terrible experience. Do not go here yourself or send your loved ones ever.

Please do not ever send anybody you love or care about to this place the staff, director and case managers are terrible and extremely rude. Its very surprising that a facility thats suppose to help and treat mentally ill patients allows for people who are so heartless and impatient to work there, you would figure they would have some type of sympathy or care in their hearts for the patients and families but its actually the complete opposite. My mother was diagnosed at this facility and from the day she was sent there to the day she left and until this day they have disrespected my family and treated us as if we have no rights to ask questions or give us any type of direction on who can help. One of the ladies I spoke to on the phone that works there actually cussed me out and hung the phone up on me which is insanely disrespectful and unprofessional, said to me she does not care then proceeded to hang the phone up in my face while I was in the middle of asking her a question about my mother. Its very clear most of their staff does not care for the well being of their patients. Also trying to get a call back is almost impossible I waited three weeks to speak to someone just for them to tell me they are busy and hang up on me. Not to mention when I visited my mother the staff made my family and I feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable, the day she was released I asked if there was any family advocates I could reach out to or help me understand how to help my mother and they said read her release papers & that its not their problem and to find help on my own! Please if you struggle with mental illness or have a friend or family member and want the best help for them PLEASE do not send them here! Im surprise this place is still open and hasnt been investigated.

BBHH overall is a pretty good inpatient facility they definitely helped me when I needed them at most and the staff are respectful just a few issues but no hospital is perfect the drs really tried they best to help me I live with a really hard chronic health conditions have to deal with at times makes me feel really bad and unstable a few things they could improve is the Communication between family and patient that really lacks otherwise thats the pretty good also they could improve explaining new medications better otherwise I give them a 7 out of 10
