        Very nice place and outside is dog friendly! The pizza truck is great too!

        Really fun distillery with the nicest staff and a beautiful environment! My friends and I split 3 tastings and really enjoyed some of the spirits (the Rough Rider rye bourbon and the sorbettas). Some of the others were a bit too strong to enjoy straight. But overall a really cool place to visit!

      Richard Stabile Founder and CEO of Long Island Spirits founded in 2007. Prior to founding Long Island Spirits he was an electrical engineer and managed world wide business development activities for several semiconductor companies starting his career on Long Island at Unisys and Canon USA.* He is a graduate of NYIT with a BSEE and graduate work in finance.* During his worldwide travels he has visited wineries, breweries, and distilleries around the globe. When he occasionally has a brief moment he enjoys paddle boarding, golfing and spending time with his family.
