I had gotten my car towed and spare tire put on this morning. I was on the busy 210 freeway, just getting off work. Through roadside assistance coverage with Toyota, I was matched with Jans Towing. Their timing was great (only waited about 25 mins for a tow). Mike from Jans Towing came to help tow me safely to an Americas Tires shop to see which tire needed to be replaced with my spare. Mike was very kind and provided excellent service. Thank you Mike!

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Jans Towing. My recent experience was nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. Firstly, during a crucial phone call while attempting to resolve an issue with my vehicle, I was abruptly hung up on by a member of their staff. This lack of basic courtesy and professionalism is simply unacceptable. Overall, my experience with Jans Towing has been a complete disappointment. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disregard for customer satisfaction are unacceptable. I strongly advise others to think twice before entrusting them with their business.

So my car got impounded. Still not sure as to why because the reason they gave was "parked illegally" which it was not and even though it did not have 2024 tags, the registration was current when looking it up in the system. Anyway, the engine is blown and is worthless. I just wanted to get my property out of the car. I called Jan's towing to see if that was possible and an employee there told me I could not because it did not have current tags... which was not the case because when I called the sheriff's dept they said it doesn't even matter if the tags are current because I'm not trying to get the car out, just my stuff that's in it. I was lied too, hung up on, and the employee became very hostile threatening to call the cops for "harrassment" even though he was not doing his job correctly. I will be filing a formal complaint about this employee and I hope that he gets reprimanded or fired. He clearly does not have good customer service and should probably take a job where he has no contact with customers at all. Doesn't surprised me that this company has a low rating. This company is going to get sued one day if they have not already.. However their arrogance proceeds them because it looks like the guy I delt with wasn't the only disgruntled employee that works there. Which concludes that they have poor management/ethics.
