As with all other reviews, it all started out good. Came for an estimate, took measurements and a promise to have a written estimate by the week end. Silent through the week end. Contacted them and they want to bring an electrician to take a look at the job. I wanted a garden area roughly 20'X30' and an extended patio with cover. When they came back out with the electrician, Kassandra was all excited, they just completed a job that had left over brick. If I liked it they would save it for my garden area and not charge me for the brick, "it might be a little smaller though". After contacting them again, I finally got a "contract". The contract was not specific in what they would provide. I asked them to clarify how big the area would be and how deep the mulch would be. Wouldn't you know, they have to remeasure my area!!! No, you have the brick, how big of an area will the brick make and how deep was the mulch going to be. Kassandra stated the 'brick would cover 20'X3' or 4'!!! I feel this is a scam for many reasons. This company is not dishonest but scammers. They attempted to hide information, they knew how big the area I wanted and hide how big of an area they were attempting to give me by not disclosing in the contract. I'm so glad I didn't give them any money.

Valentine Landscaping exceeded my expectations! They went above and beyond anything I could have imagined. My yard looks exceptional. The yard crew were very kind and respectful, listened to my needs and added their expertise which made my yard look even better!!! I will definitely be doing a monthly service with these reliable folks! Worth every penny!

We have been using Valentine since July 2020. When we first met him and did business with him he was very polite and had me excited about getting my yard in better shape. He started out amazing and had our yard looking great! As the months passed the work he did was still OK but not as great as in the beginning. He would promise that he would come and then not show up. He did usually eventually come and at least kind of do what he promised. He broke our children's plastic pool we had in the backyard and him and his guys would lift up our children's slide in the backyard causing it to crack and break over time. I had texted him and asked that he not lift it and he said that he never did it but literally the next time I took a picture of his guy lifting the slide. When I asked him about he said that he wasn't there and it wasn't him. We finally stopped using him because we got a notice from our HOA that the weeds were getting out of control. Half the month had passed and we heard nothing from him so we wound up just doing it ourselves. I messaged him to let him know and he casually stated that he would just move the date for them coming out to later in the month. We paid him to come twice a month so that didn't work for me. We just let him go and I requested my money back. He hasn't given me my money back and hasn't contacted me about giving my money back. This man just stole $20 from me
