We had Eric as our salesperson. He was very nice and knowledgeable. Not pushy at all. First time in we told him what we were looking for. Second time in we picked our fabric and he was very efficient at getting our order together. Definitely recommend him!

My wife purchased a couch and La Z Boy chair. In only two weeks, the chair broke. In the meantime , she also purchased a sofa table with three stools. On the day the latter were delivered, the service guy showed up to repair the chsir, and said he doesnt think the repair will hold, and wrote up a recommendation the chair be replaced. At this time she and he find that one of the sofa table stools had a ripped cushion bottom, and something had been stuffed into the cushion. So he wrote up that this stool be replaced. At this writing, I dont know, and havent heard from Godby what they are going to do. We did not shop around, as we long ago decided that Godby is our place to go for furniture This will no longer be the case, as apparently the quality of what they are selling had gone downhill. Out of six pieces of furniture, two are deemed unsatisfactory. Thats not a very acceptable percentage Three e mails to Godby store went ignored. Finally, after 5 months and five service calls, the chair is supposedly going to be replaced. The service guys, Gary and Brad, were great to work with, but trying to get sales or the store to step up to the plate is a waste of time
