        We have been using Michael since we moved to Connecticut 20 years. You cannot find Better people. He is very honest. He gets the drop done. We highly recommend them.

        These guys are top-notch.  My request for service was answered the same morning.  Old pro Mike there and then correctly diagnosed my problem OVERE THE PHONE.  By mid afternoon the (above-and-beyond-the-call) repair was completed at a very fair price.  The previously-broken dishwasher door, which yesterday had ceased to function while emitting a horrendous crashing noise, is now functioning perfectly.And we are satisfied customers of Avon Appliance, once again.

        Timely service; had a busy day and still came at 5:00 rather than canceling. Inexpensive, didn't charge any more for parts than it would have cost me buying myself on the internet.

        Fantastic service. I called and left a message and my call was returned the next morning. Mike came out an hour later, diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher and repaired it. We've used another company in the past and weren't really happy with the service. We are VERY relieved to have found Avon Appliance. Fast response time, a very fair price, knows exactly what he's doing and pleasant to have in your home. I couldn't ask for more.
