Avoid this place like the plague, literally. Wirh essentially no valid COVID controls, this place can be deadly for a high risk patient like me. It was dirty and, instead of in car waiting, they pile everyone in the waiting room. The risk is exacerbated by a 1 1/2 wait for a simple pre employment screen. There are some simple and relatively inexpensive ways to mask this place safe. This is neglect and this place should be shut down. I will never be back here. Avoid

Every time I have visited this facility, my expectations have been exceeded. The entire front desk and medical assistant staff have been unwaveringly friendly, competent, and prompt. Dr. Rasor is excellent- he displays genuine interest in his patients. At each visit he takes ample time to address as many of my concerns as the appointment allows, thoroughly explaining the physiology of each condition and/or medication at hand. I would highly recommend to anyone.

This place has changed to US Health Works it is no longer Pro MED but the reviews are still attached to this address. I am so glad I ignored the bad reviews and took my friend here. He was having a very serious allergic reaction and was scared and uncomfortable. Dr Wells fixed him up and relieved all his worries. The staff was all very friendly and helpful we were seen pretty quickly and the bill was super affordable.Dr Wells has wonderful bedside manner and a great sense of humor. You will be glad you went here!

So I (this is Melody Scott, using Jesse's account) had to go to the dr today because I was having some kind of reaction to a bug bite. Dr. D. Hahn told me I had to get a steroid shot. A very sweet nurse gave me a choice: she was honest about the probability of any issues arising from administering the steroid in 2 shots (1cc each) or 1 (2cc) I immediately let them know of my needle phobia and decided on 2ccs in 1 dose, to get it over with more quickly.The doctor was very professional and honest about his diagnoses. He and the nurses asked several questions and listened to my answers. I felt as if they weren't just dismissing, what I felt, to be a swiftly heightening issue for concernSo the same nurse held the needle and the other, my original nurse who took my information when I came in, and told me to lie down on their plastic bed (I realized later I didn't even see the needle itself--so I was spared that). I was shaking, hyperventilating, tensed all my muscles and was pretty crying. They talked me down and rubbed my back and asked me where my favorite place was and I blurted out "Half Priced Books". And it was over. It was over.The price wasn't bad, especially since I had become quite worried about the way skin was reacting to SOMETHING, I just didn't know what before visiting the clinic.The wait was about 10 minutes and I was in and out in 45 minutes or so. Overall, great experience. I wish I had taken notes of the ladies' names, but if you're reading this and treated a woman with a skin allergy around 1pm-2pm on Sunday, 10/04/15, you guys are pretty awesome.

I wish I could rate a zero. This place is awwwwful. Never go here. I waited 3 hours for a flu and varicella vaccine. It took over an hour to get my paperwork and pay!
