The receptionist Zee is an incompetent Karen who never responds to my emails and has no problem calling me 10 minutes past my appointment time to tell me that the doctor can't see me today because I didn't show up on time even though I'm telling her that I'm in the parking lot and I texted to let them know I'm running late. I also noted that it's not past the 15 minute mark where they can cancel my appointment but she said that there's nothing she can do. I walk in anyways and if it hadn't been for the dental hygienist at the receptionist desk I think she was not going to let me see the dentist even though I was only ten minutes late this one time and they've made me wait for more than 15 minutes multiple times when I've shown up on time for previous appointments. To top it all off, she yelled "you can't be late for your appointment!" as I walked in the door. I also didn't see anyone waiting for their turn in the receptionist area so she's trying to cancel my appointment for no reason other than to collect the $40 last minute cancellation penalty. I moved meetings and drove all the way from South Austin because I moved mid process during Invisalign to get there past i35 and I don't have time for her nonsense. Not sure who she thinks she is but she is a sad white lady who needs to learn some decency and manners. Dr. Black and his hygienists are great but I'm considering not coming here anymore so I don't have to deal with Zee when my Invisalign sessions are over.

Very pleasant experience every time I come in ! Have been going here for years and refer any and everyone to go see dr black .

I am a nervous patient when it comes to dentistry. This was the best trip to the dentist I have had. I was a new patient needing some maintenance on a crown and was able to be seen the same day as I called. Kimberly was incredibly professional, walking me through everything she was doing which helped calm my nerves. For the first time at a dental practice I felt I was not trying to be sold anything. They listened to my problem, diagnosed the issue and fixed it. I also have no insurance and their pricing is very reasonable. Will be back.
