Terrible, awful, pointless, mean-spirited, customer service. I purchased the wrong download by mistake. I canceled literally within minutes following their cancellation policy. Also, I hadn't even submitted my eligibility to purchase this "educator only" Microsoft software. They ignore my cancellation, they ignored the fact that I wasn't eligible to purchase the software, they never responded to me, and they charged my card a day later. When I called "Sharon" at customer support, she refused to cancel or even modify the order to a version of the software I could use. When I then spoke to supervisor "Wes", he would not make any attempt to help me out, an hung up on me. Seriously, get your software on Amazon or eBay, where you have some sort of RECOURSE if something goes wrong. These people DO NOT CARE about their customers at all. They got their money, and that's all they care about.
