Please tell your drivers they need to stay off their phones while driving. Witnessed someone today 2/5 past Mopac and Parmer around 8:25AM—have their attention completely on their phone & not the road. Please address

Their customer service phone system is unbelievably bad. I was transferred to so many departments (and even back to the same departments multiple times) that I spoke with nine different people until I was told that they do not carry the product that I was looking for. I'm not even confident that is the case because the website appears to show availability for the product, but at this point I'm happy to give up on them and find another business to go through.
