        Not a fan. A women nearly yelled out the side of her head "Welcome in!" right into my ear as I walked by her. She didn't even look at me and I had to stop myself from yelling back. She worked with only one customer the entire time we (my son and I) were there. There were way more staff than shoppers and they "eye-balled" us at every turn. Even the security outnumbered the patrons. There seemed to be some dominant personalities that ruled by "side-eye". I do appreciate two genuinely nice elderly employees and one niche consultant in fragrances, but the rest of the "welcome" seemed fake as can be and made us feel unwelcome. Were it not for the products we were seeking I would take my shopping elsewhere. Can't imagine how this particular store is making a profit. The bathroom hidden on the second floor was very nice.
