We went here for a second opinion but end up finding stuff less enthusiastic.

Only reason there is a 1 is because we liked the therapist we had. The policies; however, are intense and contradicting. You are not allowed to miss consecutively, but cannot take a child in sick. So, because my daughter is epileptic and got RSV. She missed a few appointments that either the therapist didn't have an opening or due to other appointments and ER visits from seizures and being sick we were unable to reschedule. Now that my daughter is feeling better and able to attend I just got a text and email telling me my daughter is now on "hold" from therapies because of missed appointments and that apparently other children on the wait list deserve priority. It is not like we chose epilepsy and sickness over progress in my child. Would not recommend as they choose money over your child.

We have been taking our son for OT and Speech for about 3 months now, and he has been able to internalize and practice what he's learned here. His teachers just gave us praise for him being able to accomplish so many goals that seemed far from reach only months ago. As parents, we are not struggling nearly as much thanks to his therapy.
The staff at LTTS is very consistent with modeling behavior for him and all the kids (speech, actions, manners, etc.). Regardless of their personal involvement with us, it helps me learn how to approach his behavior, too, from so many different perspectives. He learns how to interact with others appropriately because of little gems of unexpected education he experiences in practice.
While our son is able to enunciate words large and small, he has had trouble configuring sentences or even finding the right words. He has also had issues with sensory regulation, but is very adept at certain physical skills beyond his age group. He may not seem like he needs therapy upon first meeting him, but what he needs goes beyond a common approach you may read about in a book or online. His therapists understand this and, although specialized in different modalities, work together to help him meet his goals.
I feel like they are more than therapists, but practically family. My son LOVES to see them, and misses them when he can't (holidays, too sick, etc.). I hope we can keep seeing Macey and Jennifer as long as needed because they have given my husband and me tools for our parenting toolbox as much as they have given our son tools for success in life. We can't thank them enough.

This place is very good for kids and parents who have concerns with therapy. My 3 years old daughter have received OT, SP, and PT about for one year.
They have worked together and have talked about my daughter’s behaviors and problems. So it was very helpful to us. Even though I am not good at English, they explained easily and they opened their mind to me and waited for me so that I can talk and ask about my daughter’s ability with them comfortably.
And teachers know very well about my daughte’s action and it’s cause. OT is not only about occupational therapy, during the OT, teacher considers about physical part. Teacher gave my daughter tasks to coordinate with her hands, eye, and body. My daughter learned about rules, courtesy, and how to ask help and explain her emotions. And PT is also like that. So my daughter’s balance is growing up nowadays. By ST, my 3 years old daughter practiced sounds with games. And she received about chewing therapy, teacher makes my daughter enjoy chewing and biting. With various games, we enjoyed talking.
The gym is also good for kids, it is not easy gym, they can give you proper stimulus. And there are so many various educational items, so young kids might be happy with that. And sometimes, kid can play with another kids, so it is good for social skills.
I really thank them and God!
Actually I received more than three recommendations about this ltts center from my daughter’s pediatrician, Vela center which is Austin-based nonprofit that empowers families of children with special needs, Rise school of austin, and friend. I want to let you know about this center’s advantage.
And I also highly recommend this center for your kid!
