Anthony Librera is a two-faced coward with no morals or Mother. He is misleading and messed up on my order. I asked him to explain himself, but he didn't even bother. I am sure he was hung over. poor old man trying to drown his sorrows.
this fool is out here trying to make his commission and screw over anybody he can get on the phone & give misleading information for his benefit. he tries to intimidate you by talking in an odd accent I haven't quite put my finger on. he goes out of his way to disrespect you. He knows I am Muslim and would say Happy Easter.
if I emailed them cursing them out and acting nasty I would understand if they didn't want to contact me. I have been nothing but cordial and communicated the facts. here I am a week later and still nothing.
this place is run on unfair business practices with cowards at the helm. I don't think there's one honest person in their midst. I emailed the company directly and they refused to contact me.
I hope what he did to me happens to him
their customer service is trash!

I do not write many reviews on businesses. However, I found the need to let everyone know about my experience and excellent service I received from Ben Miner at U.S. Gold Bureau. In the very beginning of my search for a reputable gold provider, I called and spoke to the top 10 gold companies. Most of them, did not listen to my needs and turned it into their sales call. It was completely different when I spoke to Ben at U.S. Gold Bureau. When I explained my purpose on buying gold and silver, he not only actively listened to what I had to say but helped educate me and qualify my exact needs.
