CAN NEVER HAVE YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED - No post-visit service at all I dont know how others can navigate here. Basically if you have any follow up questions to the doctor/ provider, you can never have the questions the answer. May I have a substitute of the prescription? How much would second next visit cost with the exact same procedure Those questions took me more then 10+ calls to the call center and can never answered by anyone from the main office at all. Because they are two separate systems devastatingly. All they do after visit is DIRECT PEOPLE TO CALL CENTER where they KNOW NOTHING about your visit or your medical condition.

Since December 10, 2023 I had an intense itch in my scalp, ear and neck. I kept scratching them until they bled. Trueskin accepted the insurance I had, so off I went. The first examiner diagnosed me with seborrheic dermatitis and prescribed a special shampoo. I went on a long trip, and the intense itching continued. When I returned, I went back to the clinic, and they gave me more creams and shampoos. There was no relief; I still was miserable. Then I requested a different dermatologist in the same clinic. She looked at my head and told me that I had headlice. She prescribed permethrin, which in most cases lice are resistant to. It did not work. I kept suffering. Then, during my next visit the doctor suggested that I find a lice clinic on the internet to remove the bugs. I celebrated a victory over those pesky little blood suckers two days ago, after they were carefully and thoroughly removed by the Lice Clinic of Texas. I now feel much better! I only wonder WHY Trueskin Dermatology did not send me off in search of a lice clinic at the beginning of December, so I would not have had to suffer for almost three months???? I don't have seborrheic dermatitis, BTW. I regret that this was the only practice which accepted my insurance. I genuinely feel like the staff in there is not interested in patients--at least that is what I always personally felt.
