So a neighbor told me she had two faucets replaced, and it costed her $250.00. I was told it would cost between $200-$225, but the person ended up charging me $250.00. I had to keep telling him to hold the end in my house with a wrench so it doesn't stress the pipe in my wall and cause water leaks. He kept pulling on the pipe. I'm very concerned that I will have leaks in my wall in the future. He was also supposed to fill in the hole around the spigot outside. He said he will come back for that. I'm worried how it will look after he puts the seal on it. He doesn't seem to be a person that is particular about how his work looks. The leak was fixed, but not without quite a bit of worry on my part. Service: Faucet installation

Our sump pump went out and our basement was flooding at 10:30 pm on a Friday night. After calling several companies that stated they were 24 hour companies without any response, we called Swanson at 8:15 am on Saturday. They were at our house in about 20 minutes after calling and the sump pump was replaced in about 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this company. They were very professional and for anyone worried, the plumber wore a mask.
