Take a photo of the dash to include miles and gas before leaving the lot. I did not, and was given a truck with almost a quarter of tank left. They attempted to have me pay for an entire tank of gas even though I only drove 21 miles. That's just bad business.

When I came to pick up my truck, there were 2 people visible in the store and 2 people in the shop. The two in the shop walked off site somewhere and the other two in the store were on the phones with customers. I waited 15 minutes before the 2 from the mechanic shop part came back and were less than friendly. One male decided to help. Got the keys for the truck for me and walked me to the truck. Walked me to the truck and opened the back where the driving key was located and was thrown all the way in the back of the track. He reluctantly got up inside and got the key, hopped out, and said bye. No instructions on refill, no walk around, no nothing! I looked at the open truck and climbed up to pull the door closed that he could have gotten while he was up there. Hopped in the truck and left. Return was MUCH friendlier of a guy. He even made simple customer service conversation!

The absolutely worst storage
Facility ever they did not notify me now they are gonna be in trouble they sold my stuff with out telling me sending a date or anything a supervisor filed a complaint seeing herself that they did that I had my dead twins pictures in there pictures of my dead dad and his ashes all my kids pictures and toys my whole house basically when they sent out a letter saying pay 841 dec.20th and the tramp on the phone said they sold it a couple months before when it was paid for oct ima sue the hell out of them for loss and emotional distress Ive always kept my storage paid had it in their for 8 yrs

The gentleman that checked me in went above and beyond what was necessary. Before assigning me a truck he checked it and noticed it wasnt ready so he checked out another, but because of frost on the windshield he whipped it off before letting me leave. The customer service provided at this location sets a fine example for other uhaul locations. Great way to start off a move
