Honestly not sure how you can work at a medical office and have a negative attitude, from the call center to the front desk (its been years). Its like theyre mad they had to go to work for a living. Even some providers need o work on unconscious biases that they have, last provider didnt seem to care or really explain anything. Patients deserve to understand care, have a say in their care, and shown respect regardless of your thoughts and biases! Even my son can feel the difference in care and has asked to go elsewhere . Communication is key and this office lacks that along with compassion.

Dr. Hale has been great but after a couple poor experiences with the front desk staff we have decided to not give them our business anymore. I understand the importance of keeping to the schedule but we arrived one minute after the cut off time and the front desk refused to even speak to the clinical staff and see if they could fit us in even just for vaccinations without an actual visit with MD. When we asked if we could speak to the medical staff ourselves she told us they were all with patients. Im not sure how they filled our appointment time in the one minute after cut off and me. Very disappointed there wasnt even the slightest bit of effort to work with us and get my baby the vaccines this clinic so strongly encourages. The waiting room was empty.

I love this location! Very accommodating. The staff is friendly from the front to the back office. Doctors take their time with my children and always leave satisfied with our visit. I see parents complaining about not being seen due to being late. You cant expect to keep an appointment when you arrive late to your own appointment and expect to still be seen. Its not fair to other patients who are on time.

We've been with Advanced Peds for almost 6 years and we've always generally liked our providers, but the unfortunate reality of this practice is you have to book appointment months out and there are almost never sick visit appointments available same day- often, not even next day. They just tell you to go to Children's Urgent Care which of course is way more expensive and for a basic medical need, that is ridiculous and unnecessary. Advanced cannot provide adequate medical care for many of their patients now unless you can schedule it months out. We had a recent situation with one of our children who needed to see a doctor for something routine but pressing and when we called Tuesday at 11:45am and all Tuesday appointments were gone AND Wednesday appointments (at all locations). We couldn't get in until 11am Thursday. This has been our experience for the last year or two, but this is the the last straw. They do not have a cancellation list, either. We called a different, highly rated practice nearby at 1:30pm Tuesday and they got us in at 3:15pm that day. Ultimately, if you value being able to actually access medical care for your child same or next even day for sick visits this is not the practice for you. I don't know if they're short staffed, took on too many patients or what but it's really unfortunate.
