The technicians at Avalon were courteous, efficient and professional in diagnosing and repairing a complex electrical issue with my 10 year old BMW diesel sedan. There was essentially no waiting time to get the vehicle in for service and the explanation of the issue was thorough. Repairs were performed as quickly as possible and the costs for repair (beyond the parts needed to replace a cracked diesel exhaust fluid line that was also an issue and that I had suspected) were very reasonable. Follow up has also been excellent - I will use this shop again.

I took my Porsche to Avalon Motorsport for an oil change and to have them do a comprehensive vehicle inspection. They were very detailed about everything they reviewed. All of the issues were categorized in terms of criticality of the repair. They also took pictures of everything that they found and were recommending. It was great because I have a list of any issues I need to take care of now, plus upcoming service that I should get prepared to do. I really liked that they put all the pictures up online so I could see exactly any issue. I felt comfortable with their assessment and evaluation of my car. I felt they were very honest and very fair with their inspection, assessment and pricing. I will definitely be back.

Easy to schedule an appointment and didnt have to wait long to bring in my vehicle. Kind and friendly service. Honest as my vehicle was saying one thing and they shared that I simply needed to replace a sensor for fraction of the cost. Quick, same day service. Very happy to have a reliable shop for all my future repairs. Thank you, Avalon.
