        I went to send a wire and was told the personal banker was booked for the day. The personal banker was in fact not booked and wasnt doing anything at all. When I explained to the banker I was closing on a home and needed to send a wire, she was unhelpful and dismissive. I withdrew all my funds and closed both my accounts. It appears at this location theyre only helpful to the Spanish speaking members. Horrible service.
