Charge nurse on the tenth floor wants to remove me from hospital due to lack of PPE but then her nurses are constantly lacking PPE. Meanwhile I report it and report their nurses and staff and they black listed my loved one with less care because Im holding them to the same standards as they hold me. But they cant take it. They uptight yt women. But best believe what goes around comes around. You got it coming. Ive reported your names and every proof of evidence I have to Dora. The nurses association. But never the less my lawyer will without a doubt see that something happens

Extremely disappointed with the Health Information Management Department. I put in a request for records over 3 weeks ago and they never sent the information to my doctor. Called to double check and nothing had been done. No supervisor to talk to in order to see if I could get the situation rectified sooner. Had to cancel an appointment or otherwise would show up and have to pay for them not to be able to assist. Why cant you rely on someone to do their job? They quoted me 10 days to complete the request.

Always had wonderful care at UCHealth, but their new parking management contract Metropolis is making me rethink about the quality of care I will continue to receive. Their lack of readable signage about the new payment system at the Leprino garage, and the fact that the arm is always up now, made me think I did not have to pay, and so they fined me $70 for $5 parking! This is just predatory and UCHealth should be ashamed that they are doing business with a company that takes advantage of patients. On further inspection, I realized that the new payment instructions are in small print below the giant letters saying free parking with validation! My eyes arent that great at reading small text, especially in a dark parking garage. A hospital should know better and be more aware of disability needs and have appropriate signage, like they used to have and is now tossed in a corner of the garage. Shame on UCHealth for letting Metropolis profit off their patients! They should be refunding all the people Metropolis has fined!

Got Me In And Out Without Offering Any Medicine Basically Told Me There Is Nothing They Can Do For Me Being Sick With Covid Symptoms And Sent Me On My Way With The INCORRECT DOCTORS NOTE WITH SOMEBODY ELSES NAME!!!!! Then Said I Cant Get My Correct Note Emailed That I Would Have To Get My Sick Self Out Of Bed And Drive Up There To Pick It Up Worst Hospital Experience I Have Ever Had I Have Lived In 4 Different States And This Was By Far The Worst Experience Ever Wouldnt Recommend At All Better Off Being Your Own Doctor
