I got the dip and added some shimmer to them! I am in love with my nails. I also got a pedicure. Service was fast and they did a great job! Clean facility, didn't kill my cuticles like some saloons and my nails look amazing.

First of all, pictures don't show the detail of the lack of care. I decided last minute to go and get a manicure and dip on my hands. I called they said they had time. Person on the phone was very nice. The girl that did my nails didn't listen to me. She did a full set and no manicure. When I asked about the manicure I was told no. I called next day because two nails were a lot longer then the rest, one was rough and catching on everything. There was one that had the tip still hanging where she hadn't filed it good. One was, and still is not straight. When I arrived the girl that did my nails had an attitude and kept blaming me. She clipped my cuticles, put lotion in my hand and said ok your done . I once again asked about the manicure and so she took the lotion rubbed it up my arms pounded on my arms 3 routines times and that was supposed to be my manicure that they still made me pay for. Never ever ever again. Awful

I have been going to this Salon for 9 years and this last experience I had will not have me returning unless changes are made. I got my nails done by Kim 1 week and 3 days ago, new set, acrylic, and 2 of my nails popped off while doing a simple non-stressful task such as pulling my sweats up. After this I noticed I had multiple nails starting to come up and that I did not have a smooth top coat on all of my nails. So I made an appointment, came in the next day, was asked basically if I was doing anything crazy to make the nails pop off, got the two fixed, rebase, and a new top coat, charged $35. Leave to pick my child up from daycare and notice on the way that yet again my top coat is not smooth and proper. Head back to the salon only to be told they have a no refund policy (which is not posted on a sign anywhere in clear view but in small print on the sign in sheet that even the young girl going back and forth me couldnt find) and that I can either let her fix the top coat or she can cut off the nails if I get my money back. Which wouldnt have even been everything I paid for, I guarantee she wouldve only gave me $35 instead of that plus the cost of the new set. Finally she says it wont take long and she can fix the top coat, which she did.on most. I still have 2 nails that have bubbles on them and not a smooth finish, and was accused of messing up one of the nails during the process. I highly suggest you dont even think about a no refund policy until your nail techs learn how to do their job and do it correctly THE FIRST TIME. Not the second, or the third, or even the fourth if your customers have all day to spend there. And noticed my pedicure is wrong too. Yeah no thank you.
