I can't speak for everyone else's experience but I can speak for mine... Carolyn was so wonderful, I am still amazed... I had two small kids with me and she treated us like family! words aren't enough to express my thanks! I pray that God continues to bless you!, ... what we had to go through wasn't easy at all and they helped us in so many ways.. I felt truly blessed to have found this place, I pray that others are comforted in such sad times. Thank you Carlyon and Mark

I live in FL and a little over a year ago I sent $325.00 to the McNeil Funeral home to have my great grandfather's memorial cleaned in a nearby cemetery, got ripped off. McNeil now under new owner so likely was the previous owner. Just giving advice to not trust people in general.

I dont know where to begin..losing your father is one of the most absolutely painful things you can go through in life. The funeral director/manager, Mark Jones, was gentle, kind and beyond thoughtful to mine and my familys needs. He handled everything with such professionalism yet kindness he felt like an old family friend. No one ever wants to need a funeral home, but there comes a time we all will and I wouldnt recommend anyone else!

I regret to share that my experience with Mark as the manager of this funeral home was deeply disappointing. his rude and arrogant demeanor, coupled with a lack of sincerity regarding my loved one's passing, left me disheartened. Moreover, the failure to return calls added to the overall distress during an already challenging time. I hope management addresses these issues for the sake of others facing similar circumstances or look into other funeral homes where you can have a much better experience.

The worst funeral home my family and myself have experienced and extremely unprofessional! Steer clear of this place it took over three weeks to get our loved one back from cremation. After calling numerous times and then giving my Grandmother who is 70 years the run around after she just lost her husband of 46 years my husband and myself just had to show up. They acted like it wasnt a big deal no apology no I am sorry for your loss not a care in the world. This place is a disgrace!! Do yourself and your loved one a favor and do not use this despicable business!!
