Called the elf to come look at my irrigation system. The front 2 zones were not working and the back would come on by itself. They spent quite a long time to redo some PVC piping and install 3 valves.I am happy with the work but charging $150/hr for labor is nuts!! way to expensive!!.

The Water Elf came out to do an expensive irrigation job (plumbing to alternate water source) and they completed the job according to them. Later, we find the job is not complete to contract of course this is no ones fault. So to complete the job as stated in the contract will require more money, and no problem we agree. From that point on there was numerous problems with the irrigation pump and wiring. Have had multiple licensed companies come out and write the issues with the system that was supposed to be addressed in the original contract with the Water Elf. All companies stating, Water Elf either didn’t know or are exceptionally incompetent. If I said these guys were amateurs that would be too kind. Water Elf will not own up to any of their mistakes and very unprofessional when you address them with an issue. After continuous problems, the owner never came out but once to give the cost estimate. He takes his technician’s word over the customer. These guys even sold me a remote node telling me one of the irrigation wires were broken. I later find out not the case just incorrect matching of wire colors. Another $150 down the drain. This all happened over the course of two to three months. Upon ditching the Water Elf my irrigation system has worked well and am sure it will continue to as long as I keep that Water Elf out. A very fitting name for this company. They are just like the elves that work for Santa and build toys and before the holidays are over the toys break. If you need a sprinkler head changed out call Water Elf and for anything else call professionals.

If you are looking for an experienced company, I DO NOT recommend this one. My advice is to believe the reviews and rating before spending your money or wasting your time.
